the end to a great season!

wedensday, oct. 21st my team had their last football game. It was a long night but it was worth it. we left the school at 3:45 P.M. and arrived at the opposing teams' school about 20 minutes to 6. we were pumped and ready for the game. we stretched and began to warm up our stunts until about 5 minutes before kickoff. the game went great. By halftime we were up by more than 30 points, and the final score was 54 to 0!! we were so excited that all the way home we were bouncing of the walls, driving our coach crazy. this season we had 4 wins and 4 losses. not bad for the first season! On to basketball! i am looking forward to another great season filled with a ton of fun!

We miss you Grandpa!!

My father surrounded by his loving family returned peacefully to our Heavenly Father on July 7, 2009. It was at times very difficult for the family to understand why Grandpa can't be here with us. We all miss Grandpa very much. While it has been difficult for our family, it has also been a blessing. We know that we can be together again someday as a family. We also were able to visit Utah, with so many family and friends. Thank you to everyone for all the loving words and kind deeds that we received. We will always remember the love we felt.

well i know its a little late but... well who am i kidding this is WAY LATE! I just had to post some pics of stephs 8th grade graduation. the ceremony was awesome and they gave all of the students their diploma and a cap and gown pic. seriously it was amazing. steph also got the presidents award. we are so proud of her!(the pics above are of steph and her coach with tierra.)

YES!!!!!

So I know that this might seem weird to a lot of you but next year I am going to be in high school, and I want to make my high school experience something I can look back and smile at. So I thought that I’d try something that ive really enjoyed this year, CHEERLEADING!!! so of course I had to go to the mandatory meetings, get my paper work filled out, oh and the most important one actually show up to tryouts! Last week on Monday we learned our cheer, Tuesday we learned our dance, and Wednesday we tried out. Since this is the first year this high school is open only freshmen and sophomores will be attending for the 09-010 school year, making the cheer teams freshmen and j.v. Lucky for me I got my results back about 15 minutes after I tried out. I made freshmen!!! I am so excited and I know that I am going to have a blast this upcoming year!

Stephanie is our little "Princess". She has always been a girly girl and she loved to dress up and pretend she was so big. Well now she doesn't have to pretend she is getting so big!! She looks and acts much older than she is. She is a beautiful young lady who loves school, music, piano, cheerleading and making crafts (which she doesn't get from me at all but from her Grandma Johnson).

Jared is our serious, smart, fun and very tough guy. He loves looking so serious but he really can make anyone laugh. He has really started becoming a tough guy. He loves a good arm wrestle and may I suggest you not try unless you are tough guy too. He loves to eat, especially sweet stuff and loves to workout.

Brayden is our little "Peanut" though he is small he has a big heart. He loves his family and is always happy to show it. He has a great big smile, which makes you smile. Oh, he also is very ticklish so even if you mention tickling him he will laugh so hard.
